Terms & Conditions Horsemanship Clinic at Jeeks Farm | Double 11 Horsemanship October 3–4, 2025 | Augusta, MO

By registering for the Horsemanship Clinic at Jeeks Farm, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full. Please read carefully before reserving your spot.

1. Registration

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot in the clinic
Registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed through the site
Spots are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis
Double 11 Horsemanship reserves the right to refuse registration to any participant at their discretion

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable, no exceptions
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or schedule changes made by the participant
No refunds will be issued due to weather, personal emergencies, illness, or changes in your horse's condition
In the event that Double 11 Horsemanship must cancel the clinic, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants
Spots are non-transferable without prior written approval from Double 11 Horsemanship

3. Horse Requirements

All participants must bring their own horse
A current and valid Coggins test is required for every horse on the property — no exceptions
By bringing your horse onto the property, you confirm that your horse is current on all required vaccinations and is in good health
Double 11 Horsemanship and Jeeks Farm reserve the right to remove any horse from the clinic that poses a safety risk to other participants, horses, or staff

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Horses are unpredictable animals and working with them carries inherent risk
By registering for this clinic, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with equine activities, including but not limited to injury, death, property damage, or loss
Double 11 Horsemanship, its clinicians, staff, and Jeeks Farm are not responsible or liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to participants, their horses, or their personal property
Participants are solely responsible for their own safety and the safety and behavior of their horse at all times

5. Media Release

Photos and videos may be taken during the clinic for use on Double 11 Horsemanship's social media, website, and promotional materials
By registering, you grant Double 11 Horsemanship permission to use any photos or videos taken during the event that may include you or your horse
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify Double 11 Horsemanship in writing prior to the event

6. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to treat clinicians, staff, fellow participants, and horses with respect at all times
Double 11 Horsemanship reserves the right to remove any participant from the clinic without refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful
Participants are expected to follow all instructions given by clinicians and staff for the safety of everyone on the property

7. Property Rules

Participants are responsible for any damage caused to Jeeks Farm property by themselves or their horse
All waste and manure must be properly managed and cleaned up by the participant
Parking, stabling, and facility use instructions will be provided prior to the event and must be followed at all times

8. Changes & Modifications

Double 11 Horsemanship reserves the right to modify the clinic schedule, format, or clinicians at any time without prior notice
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Double 11 Horsemanship will make every effort to communicate changes to registered participants as quickly as possible

9. AgreementBy completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. You accept all risks associated with participation and release Double 11 Horsemanship and Jeeks Farm from any and all liability.

No exceptions. No refunds. No transfers without approval.
